This is popular trail within Grand Teton National Park. The trail follows the south side of the lake for several miles, then turns up canyon to the 200 ft Hidden Falls. Proceeding past Hidden falls can leads to inspiration point, which offers views of the lake. There is an optional boat shuttle service that bypasses the trail along the lake and drops passengers about 0.5 miles from the base of Hidden Falls.
From Jackson, WY follow HWY 191 North to Moose. Turn left into the main part of the park. Jenny Lake is located on the left side of the road, with plenty of parking. The trailhead and boat shuttles are located on the south side of the lake.
